On our way up to Door County we thought it would be a good idea to stop some place fun to break up the drive a bit. I had heard good things about Bay Beach Amusement Park in Green Bay. It was literally one minute off the interstate so we didn't have to drive out of our way at all.
Some of the things that make this a great place to go with your family:
- each ride costs 25-50 cents
- the concessions are no more that $1.50 and include cotton candy and snow cones
- there is a train ride
- nice wading pool
- beautiful scenic background
- nice play ground and picnic areas
We spent a few hours there and spent no more than $20 for our family to go on rides and buy treats at the concession stand. That is a deal!
